There are Three Ways to Govern.
There are four words which are used in the definition of governing. They can be switched out with other words, depending on the philosophical leaning of the philosopher.
In this article, I will focus on the pairing of these 4 words and the effect of the pairing. In the pairing, the syntax of the words is changed, but not the general meaning. In this exercise, we will see a pattern which is repeated through out our lives, in the moment, over time and in place.
The four words are Government, Central, Control, and Self. I have found these words are the focus words of the actions we choose to take in our lives. I would suggest that every choice we make is shaped in some way by our relationship to these words. Choice is shaped by our moral character. These words shape our moral character which is our personality.
Each of these four words describes a priority in our lives. The priorities they represent each opposes the others. The conflict between these priorities is what shapes the individual. I would like to suggest that how we relate to the meaning of each of these words in our own lives shapes our choices. I also suggest that our moral character, which is very fluid because it is always developing, shapes our personality. I discuss this development of our moral character and the creation of our personalities in more detail in other posts.
I will list the first pairing as Central Government / Self Control. The best example for this context is the family. Two responsible adults are given the Central Government of the organization and all members of the organization are given the law from Central Government by which they must control themselves by in order to be able to function within the organization. Consequences of failing in Self Control are immediate and clear. Failure to operate the Central Government properly is immediately clear.
The second pairing might be Central Control / Self Governing. Perhaps the Best Example of this is Religion. The ideas of government are clearly defined by the religion, it is taught to its followers and the followers govern themselves.
The third pairing can best be seen in the example of Political Government. This would be the pairing of Government Control / Self Center. Here is where the government of supply and demand takes place. It is necessary to recognize the current supply, control the use of the supply as well as the obtaining of more supply and then the distribution of the supply. We can see in this equation that commerce, as in the flow between supply and demand, is regulated by governments of nations. We shape those governments by the political voice of the people.
I will carry this discussion on in the future. Its vast consequences are instructive to us all.
My goal is to teach you how to have a healthy life, family and body. By living in harmony with the universe, we do not need to use narcotics, alcohol, or mood altering devices. Joy, truth and light to all.

Three Dimensions of Life
We all struggle with how and what to govern and be governed by. There is an innate need to be independent. It is a good and natural thing where by we learn and grow. Growth cannot come if we are not learning and we can not learn unless we act upon the things we are taught. So it is critical for all of us to experience independence.
On the other hand, we cannot be taught if there is not a place and a time and a teacher for instruction. I need to clearly state that there is a difference between instruction and learning. Instruction comes at a time, a place and with a teacher. Learning happens as instruction is applied to a person's life. And if the instruction does not work for a particular person, then further instruction must be sought. By carefully working together, the instructor and the student can adapt to the student's need, whether it is clarification or a new angle of view or exercise. The teacher and student must explore all of these in order to experience success. A true student will inspire a teacher to learn as much as the student, though hopefully on a higher level.
By learning, the student and the teacher lift up together.
On the other hand, there is need for boundaries in each time and place. In such a time and place as an individual finds themselves, the individual must acknowledge that they support and conform to the boundaries which apply to that time and space.
There are four types of boundaries. They are codes, mandates, regulations and laws. The relationship of the four boundaries creates the Law Relationship Systems.
The key to growth is to use boundaries to leverage one's self to a higher level or plane of learning. This is what we commonly call government. The form of the boundaries is created and supported by those governed by the boundaries. That must be done in a forum where all who are governed are part of the discussion of the boundaries. And there must be structure to the forum and the formation of the government.
And so it is that we have 3 methodologies or dimensions of life. The first is the one of independence. The second is learning. The third is boundaries.

Metal Tiger Year
The earth and its position in the Universe follows a pattern. It can be viewed as the economy of God. If we understand the economy of God, we can understand how to pray.
I find it interesting that while this year's pillar contains absolutely no water, there has been an over abundance of water on the earth. The water has been stirred up and moving. It has polluted itself by its own actions and it has been polluted by oil.
The amazing thing about the oil which has spilled out of the bowls of the earth, is that the cause of the spilling has each time been an event involving a quirk of nature over which man had not control and was unaware of for sometime. Then suddenly the eruption of events has made it very clear to the race of men that something was very wrong. There is a pattern here which I would like to understand better.

Stomach and Parathyroid
This month of August, which by the solar calendar began on July 21 is one in which panic attacks can come pouring on in full force. It is because parathyroid is right up there is the Thymus and Mammary Glands which are involved in the pain of panic attacks. The Thymus is an organ involved in the Central Control meridian. the Mammary Gland is the organ in Circulation which is directly linked to the nurturing of the Heart.
When we EFT for the Stomach and the Parathyroid to sooth and lubricate the body, the Thymus and the Mammary glands calm and the panic attack goes away.

Hydaration, Salts, Minerals and Bone
During the months of early summer (the Fire element of the acupuncture chart) hydration is critical. In the Fire months of April/May, drinking water is critical. As we move into June/July, the issue becomes keeping enough minerals to be able to retain water.
When a body becomes sluggish and lethargic during the day, the most common reason will be a lack of salts. Table salt is a source of salt if nothing else is available or if the dehydration has turned into heat exhaustion or heat stroke. However, the very best source of salts in a mild case of low salts or dehydration is a few tablets of Natrum Sulph 30X, Kali Mur. 30X, Natrum Mur 30X, and Kali Phos 30X. Most good health food stores will carry them. They are a must in my medicine cabinet.
One example of how critical salts and minerals are developed when I observed clients who had experienced a severe flu or heat exhaustion. In both cases, a fever developed and even after the person was through with the flu or out of the heat and both had drunk copious amounts of water, the fever became a low grade fever which did not go away. It persisted and occasionally would become serious once again. Finally, a good dose of sea salt w/minerals was give and in each case, recover began immediately. However, the fever had done damage. The salts and minerals had to be given, sparingly and with careful monitoring until the individuals had recovered.
There is something in this that links to Lung and Large Intestine which use minerals for endurance.

Food for the Stomach/Parathroid
This month, we must be careful to not be too hard on ourselves or our stomachs. We will carry around a lot of self-hatred or guilt. We will easily blame ourselves for anything that is in the least uncomfortable or unhappy for us. If we are trained to bully when in pain, we will turn that blame on anyone else at the slightest provocation. A good dose of EFT on the subject will eliminate a lot of the stress. One does not need to know the issues.
So, to build a healthier body, we need to watch and have fun with what we eat. When do we feel the most self-hatred, or the most irritated by ourselves and others? 3hours after eating, when do we feel the most satisfaction and appreciation? Share what you learn with me.
Here is some information about foods which may be helpful during this month. Scientists have recently learned that nitric oxide is critical for the neurotransmitters of the brain and other nerves in the body. Nitric Oxide also causes the blood vessels to dilate, especially in the mucous membranes of the body., increasing blood flow and regulating elimination of the important mucous.
These factors lead to a more resilient and resistant mucous membrane. (Dr. Joel Peterson, Uppsala University, Dept. of Medical Cell Biology, 2008). Anti-inflammatory drugs damage the gastrointestinal tract (in other words, the mucous that lines the stomach and every other organ, especially every part of digestion from smelling to eliminating).
The consumption of foods high in nitrates which the stomach by itself then processes in to nitric oxide, cause the lining of the stomach and the rest of the body with mucous membranes to be able to 'regulate the elimination of the important mucous.' This should reduce the need for anti-inflammatory drugs because the mucous is regulated. If anti-inflammatory drugs must be used, this study showed that eating foods high in nitrates will help to protect the stomach and other mucous membranes from the damage caused by the anti-inflammatory drugs.
Which foods which nitrates? All FRESH vegetables. The highest are spinach, Lettuce (dark green), curly Kale, beet roots, radishes and green cauliflower. Cooking reduces the nitrates in vegetables. Some nitrites are found in meat. Nitrites are the step in the metabolic process after nitrates and before nitric oxide.
So try to enjoy as much fresh produce as possible during this month. It should help your stomach. And if you do not have an appetite for these foods, a little work with EFT will help in that matter.

August: Emotions and the Stomach/Parathyriod
The yin emotions of stomach/parathyroid are shame and humiliation. These are tempered by the yang of self-confidence and self-worth. The label of the acupuncture chart is disgust. This English word, translated from Chinese, does not fully and adequately demonstrate the depth of the personal aspect of this month’s emotions. And it does not recognize the temperance of yin/yang which, in good health, balances this month.
The Old Testament and most of the New Testament scribes had anything linked with the Yin (in their minds, this meant feminine, even though there is Yin in all things) deleted from the record or changed, wherever possible to eliminate any association with women. In the minds of the Judaizers, who were not the first altering scribes of the original religion, and who rewrote the holy books in 600 A.D. as Leaders of the Jews at Jerusalem, women should be banned from participation in all parts of religion.
These scribes were eventually largely influential in rewriting the books of the Old and New Testament which we now have and eliminating scores of other books. No book we have as Pseudepigraphal or Apocryphal literature was safe, nor are they clean because of the agendas which were written into the later editions which archaeologists have found.
I point this out, because shame and humiliation are seen in these books of scripture, as indications of sin, rather than tools of introspection. Christianity also labels much of what is involved in self-worth and self-confidence (ego) as sinful. On top of this perspective, contemporary psychology and motivational speakers, as well as many others, see the main goal of life as being the creation of self-worth and self-confidence in every individual, with little regard for self-introspection and personal morality (guilt and shame).
If instead, when each of these aspects, Self-Worth/(Guilt & Shame)and Self-Confidence/Self-Introspection is seen as balanced dimensions of our own self-definition, we can come to the here and now of our reality and love ourselves in that reality. True self-love is to have hope. Hope is to know through the testifying of the spirit of promise that we have salvation within our grasp, if we will accept it, because our actions are acceptable. Through Self-Introspection we know instinctively what is correct action. We all have the gift of guilt and shame which manifest to us what course of action will lead to hope. (See reference below)
When we have hope, we will neither accept humiliation nor give it. If our Stomach/Parathyroid is not healthy, then we will accept humiliation and give it unintentionally. No matter how much hope we may have learned to hold on to, we will not feel it. By using EFT, we can address this issue and allow ourselves the freedom of a healthy stomach/parathyroid which will then allow us to feel and express Hope to others.
(Reference: Psychologist Anthony Scioli (2006) has developed an integrative theory of hope that consists of four elements: attachment, mastery, survival, and spirituality. This approach incorporates contributions from psychology, anthropology, philosophy and theology as well as classical and contemporary literature and the arts.)

Motivational Speaking/How to Win Friends and Influence People/The Law of Attraction
When Dale Carnegie wrote a book that was first published in 1936. 'How to Win Friends and Influence People' was the first book of its kind. It lies at the foundation of an industry that began as instruction on how to speak publicly, to training for business men, to what is now called 'The Law of Attraction Industry'.
It was Dale Carnegie's discovery that by speaking about something which made a person angry, that person was able to speak freely in public. This principle is used to this day to control crowds at games, conventions and through out politics. Carnegie's book moved political debate from the form of highly intellectual efforts to sound sophisticated to practical down to earth appeals to humanity.
The most skilled and gifted users of his work know how to take an audience from a lowly, base mind set and lift the entire group to the level of being moved to change the world for good. It takes tremendous discipline in such a setting for a listener to step back from the lecture and discern the agenda that is being promoted. For nearly 80 years now, individuals have been swayed by such lectures and influenced to act, sometime in not very smart ways.
During this time, even though medicine has advanced from a level of mystical magic through high specialization which understands of every particle of the body to the level of great intimate detail, we have seen an ever increasing amount of illness. In nations where education levels are high, the skills of how to win friends and influence people are quite prosperous. Those are the nations where dis-ease is the the greatest health issue.
Dis-ease can be seen in all aspects of life. Those who do not have lives full of dis-ease are those who step out of their little box and seek to understand their paradigm. In doing so, they evaluate what their goals, ambitions and dreams are. They then choose to how they will set up the equation of their lives.
I will address these equations in this blog. It is these equations or patterns we make choices which determine our outcome. If we do not like the outcome of our lives, we need to adjust our equations. The patterns of our lives can be full of dis-ease or full of harmony. They can be shaped by the influence of others, or we can establish a central control for our lives that brings us the patterns we want.

Early Christianity
As I study Early Christianity, I find in it the echos of every religion and way of life on the earth. Each culture has held on to a part of the original religion as it has sought the easiest way to connect with 'God' or the harmony of the universe. Because 'easiest' was their standard, they have lost much as they have clung to a little.
If there is order in God's House, there is a reason for all creation and there is an original religion (Best Way). There is so much in common in all religions... We can work to understand each other by developing that common foundation which came from the original Best Way. That is part of my goal of a Healer in every Home. We can be healers when we have gathered the truth from as many parts of the earth as we can.
What is truth? It is the reality which can bring us to the Heaven that is found in every religion and way of life, beginning at the origin of every nation. It is the place where there is a harmony that then allows creation to move forward.
If we keep our bodies healthy, we are able to create. Chaos will not heal, only creation.

Acupuncture - The solar month of July 21 - August 21
Here it is, not even the end of July yet and emotions are brewing.
This month the Stomach is the dominant organ. The 6000 year old acupuncture chart is what guides the acupuncturist to know what body organs are in need of loving care By giving attention each month to the proper organs and their relationships to the other organs of the body, a healer develops the gift of intuitive understanding.
This month the Stomach dominates and is craving all the care and attention we can give it. Its partner in the Circulation set of organs is the Parathyroid. The role they play is to sooth and calm with sheathing that protects all organs and surfaces of the body.
In the same way, their job is to sooth the emotions. If we are up tight or have sharp emotions, EFT to the stomach and parathyroid will help calm the emotions.
The Emotions for stomach and parathyroid are shame and humiliation. The up side of emotions are personal self-worth and confidence.
The way to know and understand these things is something I have sacrificed much to learn. It is my desire to show others how to learn these things. My goal is to spend my life learning continuously how to improve our health and bless all lives, including our earth and universe.
Yeah, this is a stretch, I know. Stick with me and I will teach you how I moved from a 'harsh judge' to someone who understood how to remain a devout Christian while understanding the energy of the earth and our bodies.

I Ching
We all come into this life equipped.
What do we find on the list of equipment?
1. our environment, starting with Mom and Dad's Health at the time of conception and throughout gestation.
2. our own physical body, created, stimulated and formed inside a living, thinking, and experiencing woman.
3. our spirit, that thing that leaves our bodies when we die, so we know it enters our bodies at some point in the process of conception and birth.
4. our intelligence, something that uniquely identifies us from anyone else, even a fraternal twin. It is called everything from ego to identity to soul.
5. our training - the way our brain/body interprets all that is said and done to us.
Take all of that together, and we come up with the soul... the thing that God wants us to bring back into his presence, clean and pure; the thing Satan wants us to never be able to bring back to God in any way, shape or form.
Let me translate this into agnostic via the use of Feng Shui / I Ching - a way of life developed among East Asian cultures. This frame of reference to the universe is a muddied, complicated form of life style.
There are some basic understandings used in living a Feng Shui / I Ching lifestyle.
They are include the ideas that we are conceived and born at 1. places, 2. dates and 3. times that place us in the Ba Gua chart.
The Ba Gua chart is shaped by the relationships of this earth, its moon, the sun it circumnavigates, and the universe.
The relationship of our parents birth and place in the Ba Gua; the place of where we are born and live and the relationship to Ba Gua of those around us are all part of this.
And then, the most powerful part of all Eastern ways of life is 4. the belief in the original goodness of all people. It is the belief that all people will choose good if in anyway they can see 5. the 'harmonious' way.
